Once you schedule a pickup, Operi collects your items from your address. At the laundry, we carefully inspect and sort your items, then set the price according to the current price list. As soon as the price is set, you can see the price of each item and the total in the app. We then choose the right treatment, iron your items and prepare them for delivery.

Choose whether you would like your items folded or on hangers in the app. Once treatment is complete, we pack them carefully and return them to your address in your chosen delivery window. Most orders are returned within a few days.
